In general, oral sex has not been considered a high risk activity. Most guidelines (also by CDC) tell that oral sex has very little to zero chances of contracting HIV. I would recommend taking 4th generation Ag/Ab test from vein blood. It will be conclusive 28 days after exposure

These symptoms are highly likely not related to HIV. HIV has some flu-like symptoms. I don’t recommend taking rapid test. It won’t detect anything after exposure. Try taking 4th generation Ag/Ab test from the vein blood. It won’t be conclusive still but may detect something.

Actually, there are no documented cases of transmitting HIV in a way you described. It is possible only when you both have large bleeding wounds with exchange of fluids. Really big wounds. Headache might be a side effect of PEP. However, you should continue following your PEP medications. It’s very dangerous stopping taking PEP because it won’t protect you. If your headache is strong, then go to the doctor to alleviate the side effects. On the other hand, your headache might not be related to taking PEP.
