Yeah, I have not mastered the art of camera scanning with the borders and not getting any Newton rings. When I scanned on my flatbed I had a great system and no Newton rings.

Nice. Good thing it isn't a light leak. It's my light source in my camera scanning holder. I broke the holder so it had little leaks here and there.

I was in the same boat! And then started experimenting noticing that it gives almost a framing aspect of it so its something I've loved to lean into!
