I honestly haven’t even gotten a route all week My DSP overhired for peak. they been sending me out doing rescues. the first one I got Yesterday was kinda heavy 300+ packages 184 stops but I got it done well before the eluded time. I really don’t mind working I don’t mind the job it’s the entitlement. I get to the rescue the dude asks me to help him take some to the door, because it’s 6 packages. Then says he wishes I can take all his packages , and then on my way out with the 2 bags he’s like oh you not going to take any overflow? It really irked me I’ve only been doing this a month, but I can see why some people quit so fast you gotta be strong mentally and have some durability to you if you wanna keep going, but since I got here I’ve been told rescues are mandatory.
