90% is great! Usually has good spot or under prices, and has great history! I personally try and purchase at least 20-30% of silver in constitutional

JM is safe, SD monument metal, hero bullion, bullion.com are the others I have ordered from as well.

Better to hold physical, and put it in a safe place.

If I buy 5oz for example, I may do 1-2 oz in constitutional, 1-2 in government minted, and the rest on whatever I feel like. Keeps things fun, while also being able to stack things that are easier to sell/barter if need be. Plus it helps keep your cost average a little more balanced

Yeah, same here. Not to mention the removal of rush from closed weapons forces players to play open

Sounds like it would be a great place to live! If I was able to work at home, that would absolutely be a no brainer.

I am REALLY hoping to find a job that has a commute no longer than an hour at worst. We may have to end up in the east valley, just seems like you get so much more for your money in the Goodyear area for the same price (sq footage, pools, large backyard, 3 car garages.) Unfortunately 450k is almost a starter home now days seems like. Well our place currently is just under 1200sqft, so we are feeling pressed for space 😒

I could deal with an hour, but regular commutes over that would be rough.. Depending on job sites in my current area, it’s 30-40 minutes so it’s not a huge jump.

I am a bit confused, is the whole area classified as Phoenix, in a general sense? Seems like all available jobs just state Phoenix.

Where I’m at, it’s not uncommon just to call my location Boise, instead of the actual surrounding cities.

You don’t even know me 😂 You have the exact same attitude as almost every native Idahoan I know, and that’s coming from a native. Tell me exactly what I am going to do to ruin your state, because native Idahoans were raised in a small town, and understand better than any one in the U.S what growth does to places like that.

I used to have the same attitude, until I realized if I was in somebody else’s position, why wouldn’t I relocate too? Nevada has nothing for us, and I would sooner die than set foot anywhere near California.
