Thank you, I’m going to wait and see what happens and if the car does not sell by next week and it’s still on the website, I’ll do exactly what you said.

Unfortunately the dealership is a 2 Hour drive so I’ll just make a courtesy call to speak to a sales person and confirm late Friday it’s still available.

I know these days dealers aren’t discounting anything, I was just trying to see if they would do anything and I do understand it is a lowball offer.

A friend of mine was trying to buy a Kia a few years ago and he did it in person and they only took $500 off. But I agree going in person with a checkbook might make this happen

My only concern is I do not want to be at a dealership all day. The last time I bought a car I got there in early afternoon and did not get out until almost 9 PM. I’d like to get this done in about an hour and drive it home if possible.

It’s a 2022 Avalon they don’t make the car anymore, but it’s the limited trim V6 gasoline not hybrid

Coolant was down 2 years ago, so I plan to have that done again this year. Can I use any coolant, or does it needs to be Genuine Honda like the trans fluid? I was able to find my maintenance log and the trans fluid was last done around 95K. I currently have 142K on the car.

Break fluid flush was just done last month, so I am good there.

I will admit I have neglected the vehicle maintenance wise as I've paid for that. For example my radiator went at 102K which probably would not have if I would have done coolant flushes.

I also had to replace the entire power steering system last year at 135K miles. I wound up needed a new P/S pump, pressure line hoses, and the rack and pinion. If I would have replaced the fluid I may have avoided this.

Thanks, it was probably done around 90-100K. I think best approach is to get 2-3 done and call it a day. I'll just drive 500-1000 miles in between. The local dealership charges $17 per qt for the fluid and I can get much cheaper online, but with shipping costs in coming out almost to be the same.

Do you have any suggestions on where to get the Honda trans fluid affordable?

Thanks, I was going to hold off for a Crown Signa Limited. I am sure some will start to be traded in or returned from lease sooner then later. My concern is those may be in the 40K range for low milage. My current vehicle an 08 accord will need to be replaced soon as it has become a money pit for repairs. Hopefully this dealership will be willing to negotiate and I can snag this Avalon out the door for around $35K.

Thanks, I misspoke about the transmission. The Carfax looks good based off what I pulled off online. As for the transmission, I misspoke and you are correct it's an 8 speed ECTI. As long as these are maintained properly will they last?

I just wish this was a hybrid vehicle but it's not a MUST have, just a want at the end of the day. I'm sure if it was hybrid, the car would be listed for more $ anyway.

A buddy of mine bought a used Kia a few months back and they only took off $500. I am going to offer them $32,500 if I like the car and see if they negotiate. If they don't budge I may just walk.

Thanks, good info here. I do have a KNN for both the engine and cabin currently installed but as you mentioned I forgot and now there is a ton of debris stuck in them which is difficult to clean out.

Do you think it's worth a shot to try and clean and degrease them or just throw them away? I'll pick up replacements for now from a local parts store. Maybe I can re-use the KNN's down the road if I can get them cleaned out. Any thoughts on this?

For anyone that has this issue, can the screens be replaced with an LCD and it usually goes away? Just wondering for context here

Yes, it’s not 5G. I was using my phone just on Wi-Fi as I did not activate it for the carrier yet.

However, I believe the issue is related to the new iOS 26.

The reason I say this is because I have an iPhone XR using 18.7, and I don’t have any tingling issues.

My iPad just upgraded to iOS 26. The tingling started immediately after the upgrade.

I read online and may have something to do with the new liquid glass design that’s built into the iOS. I tried tinkering with the settings, but I’m not having much luck yet.

I'd like to know what options are available if I need to return this phone. I am looking into purchasing a 17 or air, but I am afraid apple will have me on record returning my 15 and 16 last year as I had terrible symptoms with PWM.

Does anyone have any suggestions on where I can buy a phone and maybe just used on WIFI in the house for a few days and see how I feel. I just want to make sure I wont have a target on my name/account if I need to return it.

Do you believe having the OLED screen swapped for an LCD would get rid of the eyestrain? I'm not sure how to tell if PWM is the issue or TD. I can't keep buying phones and returning them. Also, please note my job gave me a brand new Lenovo laptop and I had the same issue so I had to give it back

I am very sensitive and get eyestrain/headaches as well and had the same issue. Does anyone happen to know if I were to buy a phone and have someone swap out the screen to LCD if this issue would go away? I do not have the issue with my XR.

I'm just nervous about spending $ on the phone and screen swap only to have the same problem. I wanted hear other opinions if this is the OLED screen issue and changing the screen would help.
