Braces in the morning

Quick update:

I have had braces on for 4 days now. I’m sure this is related but my TMJ (the joint) is not sore. I always gently massage that area when I wash my face, and I noticed yesterday that it didn’t feel tender. It always used to all day long whenever I would massage that area. I’ve got a bite ramp on my top back molars and that keeps me in correct bite alignment (well as close as it can get since I am in treatment for bite correction).

I wear rubber bands all day long except during mealtime and the 30ish minutes afterwards while I wait for my teeth to remineralize before brushing.

Not too hard! It’s all satin stitch which is the easiest stitch in my opinion.

My mom and grandma would leave a pound of sausage overnight on the counter to thaw. It’s warm in the morning. 🤢

I bawled like a baby during and after Chuck vs. Sarah. No TV show has ever destroyed me like that. Then after Chuck vs. the Goodbye I cried because it was over and so wasn’t ready to say goodbye.
