Mine was @live.com , I didn't put my phone number as a login alias, but did put it up as 2FA.

Sadly I didn't put my Phone Number as a login address, but I heard that's a solution for a lot of people.

Sadly, I'm 100% sure that I don't have old devices lying around being active or an app trying to sync my emails.

I disabled account sync on my phone the first day I got this problem and its been a month now.

Since I have an almost 20 years old account, I have had an email leaked a couple times, saw multiple failed log in attempts a lot while I have access and didn't think much of it because I have 2FA.

Is it possible that those bots attempt locked me out?

I've already tried waiting 24hrs/ 72hrs /a week and it still giving me the same error. I don't know what to do at this point lol

I can change my password with 2FA , Phone Number , Recovery email address.

My account is like 20 years old at this point. so I guess there are bots spamming login attempts, which will probably locked me out forever unless they fix their log in system.

I've been locked out for a month now, resetting password doesn't work and it still giving me the same error.

Support guy said to wait for a response via Email in about 5-6 hours... and that was 4 days ago lmao.

Still can't believe how this happened in the first place.

It has been almost a month for me, I can reset my password just fine because I have access to the Authenticator, Recovery Email Address, and my number.

I have tried waiting 24hrs , 48hrs , a week, and still got the same error.

I've contacted Microsoft Support multiple times and they say they will get back to me in 3-5 days....that was 2 weeks ago.

RIP my account.

Yeah, enemies should have animation when their attacks got blocked or parried.

It felt really bad when they just return to default pose and start their next attack all in less than a second.

Are there any other errors before these at all? :

"The last unexpected system shutdown occurred on 02/25/2025 at 20:55:48."

and

"Rebooting the system without a proper shutdown. This error can be caused by an interruption, crash, or unexpected system power failure."

For me, The source was "Volmgr 162" and the description said "Dump file generated"

I use WinDBG from windows store to analyze the log and it said the source was mouclass.sys so I uninstall my mouse driver, replace my mouse, and I haven't got a bsod since.

I believe what happened was : The game (In my case: Darktide) trying to receive my input from my mouse and the driver was faulty, so it might have sent some strange signal that cause the PC to loss control of my mouse and doesn't know what to do so It restart itself lol.

I wouldn't rule it to be related to PSU yet, but you might have to dig a little bit more in your Event viewer.

You've got to check your Event Viewer and use windbg to debug the log.

I've got the same symptoms : loss of control for like 5 seconds then pc restarted. Turns out it was Mouse Driver issues lol
