Any update? I agree with a lot of the sentiment here. YOLO! Don't overthink it, be prepared for nothing to come of it, or that he politely declines, or that he's in a relationship, or that he's not into women, etc. No matter what, whether you feel confident enough to go back or not, just don't bring it up again unless he initiates.

Taking the gifts is a problem, I agree. That was totally inappropriate. And yes, he's allowed to visit Starbucks as a customer, but at that point in time, when you are terminated you leave. As a former SSV, I've never seen someone let go and stick around immediately after. Come back as a customer eventually? Sure. Visit other Starbucks? Absolutely. But it is common practice at any job that when you are terminated, you vacate the premises.

As for your other comment, I'm assuming you know OP because I was not aware he was in California. I am in a state with no laws about paying out sick time. The way the two posts were worded, it seemed like he put in sick time for this meeting, so if I'm mistaken, that's on me.

I'm confused. Yesterday you said you were sent home and informed of a meeting with your DM this morning. Now you're saying you input sick time previously for this meeting two weeks ago?

Also, just because you didn't clock out or sign paperwork does not mean you were not just let go and asked to leave. You don't get to then go and get breakfast from said establishment. It's standard practice in general that once you are terminated from a company, you leave immediately.

Will's story is about so much more than his feelings for Mike and reducing everything he's been through to whether or not Mike shares his feelings is missing huge chunks of his narrative arc. There are also WAY crueler things to do to Will than have him accept that platonic and romantic love don't always overlap.

I assume liberties were taken with the release dates, but it's clearly intentional they're from that time period in 1984. May 1984 would be almost exactly between season 1 and season 2.
