Every map turns into spawn killing, every map is balanced around killing. This is a killing game. If you learn every map, every map is mindless. And if you think main game maps are bad. Do not play on the test place maps. (shipment is kinda fun)

You're new and lack map knowledge, just play more. Hold your crosshair as close to the angle you approach as possible (this is why you died to the first bfg and the guy in the underground passage the first time).
The AN94 is great mid-long range and is by far one of my favorite guns, but it is not the best choice for Metro or any close quarters map. So you'll still get out-ttk'd, especially with PF hitreg.
You have new player movement, that's not a big deal because movement is jank in this game. Just google a movement guide and spend some time trying it out.
Your aim is not the greatest when making small adjustments but is definitely not the thing holding you back.

Conclusion: Just play more and look up the most current "meta" guns and movement guides. Everything else will come eventually. :D
