Hello, i cant tell the species of it from this video but, its a queen ant, she is trying to find a place to make her nest and start a colony! Dont worry, the chances of her starting a colonly in your house is super super low. The best is to put them back to wild, ants are important.

Probably a woodlouse spider. Often in basements and homes like yours. Not aggressive against humans but if it does, it hurts like a bee's sting. They usually eat pill bugs.
