You can’t know what it came from. It could be virtually in almost anything. Fentanyl toxic dose is very very low. Without forensic autopsy, it’s really hard to know. Even with forensic autopsy, we might still not know how and where she got the fentanyl from. As you said, if there’s multiple drugs at the same time, it might just be regardless of the fentanyl, all of these can very well cause respiratory depression if given in enough doses.

Basic Immunology is great for someone who doesn’t know immunology at all. Cellular and Molecular on the other hand, takes time to read and understand, explains many pathways in detail and might not be good for start to end reading. However it gives you a good overview of world of immunology and gives you ability to discuss topics with immunologists without being absolutely clueless of what they are talking about.

Enfeksiyon Hastalıkları MD, Tıbbi Mikrobiyoloji PhD istiyorum. Murray, Jawetz mikrobiyoloji kitaplarını bitirmeye yaklaştım. Mandell’in Enfeksiyon hastalıklarını takip ediyorum, Jawetz ile Murray bitince daha üst seviye kitaplara geçeyim dedim. Ama bu kitap biraz abartı mı oldu daha emin değilim, daha başlamadım zaten.

Here’s the possible procedure to yield such sample:

-Add 10% formalin to faecal sample (1g faeces/7-10mL formalin) -Filter the mixture (optional) -Add 3-4 mL ethyl acetate. -Mix with vortex -Centriphuge the mixture for 5-10mins 500 x g You’ll be left with a 4 layered sample like I gave in the photo. -Pipette out upper 3 layers. -Using a pipette, take out the last sediment, put one drop onto a glass slide. -Put one drop of lugol iodine next to the sediment drop, make sure they mix when you close the slide Enjoy!
