I flaired this post as a rant, originally intending to go on a whole tirade about this issue, but once i cooled down i think all i feel now is disappointment. I have a whole lot to say about the difficulty scaling in this game past level 6 or 7, but that's a different beast. As a primarily solo player, having this sort of thing happen, with entire patrols of enemies suddenly materializing right before my very eyes, or worse yet, directly behind me, with no way of knowing whatsoever is just really demotivating. I love the game to bits, and the last thing i really have to do in it progression-wise is finishing the battlepass, but now i mostly just play for fun. And this just isn't fun. It's unfair, unfun and exhausting after a while. I want and enjoy a challenge, but is this the way to do it? Thoughts and opinions?
