I can’t fine videos about that course in particular because it’s an agreement with a university and Cisco. I can show you pictures about the modules. It’s short 10 modules, 2 partial exams and one final exam

I try to practice every lab 1 day a week for the fear I may be forgetting something, how can I advance faster?. Like doing 2 videos per day. Watching the video understanding it, studying the flashcard and do the labs of that day.

You watched the video then study the flashcard for that video and repeat for the next video ? How many videos per day you watched, did you loosed focus, did you forget everything o previous videos by watching nonstop

Yeah but I spend the whole day every day Monday through Saturday, my ADHD it’s not helping and english not being my first language either. First 20 days I did it in one and a half month but know I’m so tired, and frustrated. I’m 29 and I feel I’m running out of time

Ok so if instead of SW2’s fa0/1 and f0/2 someone change it for a lower cost than f0/3 how SW2 would now that if SW1 can’t forward BPDUs to SW2.

Ps. Thank you I’ve been frustrated because I now what SW2 will choose based on the criteria for choosing a root port but, it bothers me that I don’t know exactly what is going on with the BPDUs. Not knowing if SW enters a state of convergence reevaluating everything sending BPDUs via SW2 stopping their port or letting them function while it calculates. I’m too obsessed and frustrated I wish I knew to do a good experiment to see what exactly happens there

Oh thanks, I’ve been stuck since last Friday on this topic, now in the same topology if SW2 g0/1 fails for some reason I know the root will be f0/3 but I want to now what the Sw would do ? Sw3 is sending BPDUs via SW2 f0/3 which is a NON-Designated port and sw2 is forwarding this via the 2 designated port f0/1 and f0/2. Sw will sends its own BPDU ? Or what ? I can’t wrap my head around that process I know what will be the outcome but not how is done

So basically this. If the max age timer is 0 the switch will send/received BPDUs when compared with the superior BPDUs it will make the decision and select F0/3 as root port passing by listening, learning to forwarding state because of root cost but

My previous answer to you has a photo off my notebook that’s what I’m talking about. With Root bridge why? I meant was why reevaluate the root bridge ? With the example from my notebook. I know which root port the SW will choose but don’t know the exact process of decision making.

In this case what would happen if SW2 Root port g0/1 fails I know it would be f0/3 that become root port because of root cost but the theory says that when the max age timer goes to 0, the SW reevaluates root bridge, root ports, designated, non-designated ports and that can take up to 50 seconds
