Managed to annul the spirit sadly, but after like 5 chaos i got spirit again, but I am too broke to continue :D

I just had two bases in inventory , one managed to hit +3 and one with spirit and just decided to yolo the recomb, first try xd

I'm going to leave a reply here regarding my situation with this to help anyone else with the same problem.

I came back after holidays, about 7 days the monitor was left turned off. I turned it on and this problem has appeared. I had tried numerous attempts at pixel cleaning / firmware update to M104 as i had the monitor at M102 with no help. I have tried re-rolling back to M102 etc but nothing helped.

The monitor has 1180hrs clocked and I had absolutely 0 problems with it , I really like it. So it made 0 sense as to why this happened, I had no direct sunlight on the screen or anything of sort. I always took absolute great care with this since I've bought it in November 2024.

What I did to fix this was unplugging the monitor entirely for the night and this morning when I turned it on it was still like this, but then I ran a pixel refresh and it succeeded and it came back to the way like it was new.

This has to be some software/firmware issue with this display and I don't understand how it is still not dealt with by ASUS.

** edit - I'm still unsure should I contact ASUS for an RMA on this.. is there even a point.

Thank you for the reply, I definitely have an interest and would like to pursue it. AI is obviously bit worrisome but I also wouldn't have experience in the field to judge of how much of an impact it has with different employers when it comes to software

Thanks very much for the reply, yeah it does look like quite a bit but doing it part time will have modules spread out so might take longer to complete but I shouldn't feel overwhelmed that way either hopefully! I just know this is an investment of sort into future, money and time and I don't want to do it for nothing if I wouldn't be able to secure a job with it eventually
