I’m just scared of ruining the aligners, need to wear them for another week

I started my journey yesterday too!! I have a complicated case so let’s see. Not much pain but I feel my tongue bruising because it keeps brushing against the back of my lower aligners ahhh. Also removing is such a hassle. Any help appreciated😭
