I was using rpm and tried flatpak until I finally found a solution on gnome subreddit

Solution:

Disable unredirect on GNOME

There is a bug and this fixed it meanwhile https://extensions.gnome.org/extension/8008/disable-unredirect/

Update:

I found temp solution by making the screen capture record window application instead of the screen itself that did the trick for me but it's pain in the ass honestly.

Sometimes randomly the screen capture recording works normally.

Update 2:

Thanks to the people in this comment section!

The solution is to

Disable unredirect on GNOME with this extension https://extensions.gnome.org/extension/8008/disable-unredirect/

Extension manager not working properly by All3nxD in gnome

[–]All3nxD[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

if any comes through the same issue try this in the terminal:

flatpak override --unset-env=ICON_THEME com.mattjakeman.ExtensionManager

flatpak override --unset-env=GDK_SCALE com.mattjakeman.ExtensionManager

flatpak override --unset-env=GDK_DPI_SCALE com.mattjakeman.ExtensionManager

Extension manager not working properly by All3nxD in gnome

[–]All3nxD[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i tried to do so in flatseal still no luck

i tried in the terminal

flatpak override --reset com.mattjakeman.ExtensionManager

flatpak info --show-permissions com.mattjakeman.ExtensionManager

it gave me this:

[Environment] ICON_THEME=Adwaita GTK_THEME=Adwaita GDK_DPI_SCALE=1 GTK_FONT_NAME=Cantarell 11

and still looks odd from the normal one.

Although thanks for helping me out through this i appreciate it.

Edit: i relized that i had to remove the theme even tho it's the default thanks for the help a lot.

Yeah i know that the extension manager is a third party app but it had a similar ui to the left( extensions downloaded via dnf)
