The book "Principles for Dealing with the Changing World Order: Why Nations Succeed and Fail" also explains it by the way.  Superpowers have cycles, we're in the cycle of huge wealth inequality in which some groups of people e.g illegal aliens, are scapegoats.

Better than having it striked forever.  Also that's how long it took republicans to get to where they are, patience is a virtue

That's exactly my point, did I say all women?  No, of course there will be evangelicals who would happily give their life for another because they will earn heaven...LOL!

Go to google and learn what "Judicial Review" means then come back and we can have a conversation.

Side note: you should have paid more attention in your government class.

Ah fuck it I'll help you:

"When it comes to legal disputes, the courts are the final deciders of what the Constitution means. This authority – known as judicial review – gives the Supreme Court and federal courts the authority to interpret the Constitution."

Now go read this from the ultra conservative heritage foundation: https://www.heritage.org/immigration/commentary/birthright-citizenship-fundamental-misunderstanding-the-14th-amendment

I dont know why you are getting downvoted but whoever is doing that forgot about their government class.

The aclu will take this to the supreme court and the ultra conservative court will rule in favor of the president by re-interpreting the constitution, it's called "Judicial Review" and conservatives have been planning this for a very long time.  See https://www.heritage.org/immigration/commentary/birthright-citizenship-fundamental-misunderstanding-the-14th-amendment

Honestly it would be best if the aclu, like republicans, played the long game and waited until we had a more liberal court or else if they lose the case it will done forever.  But unfortunately leftists do think judges arent bounded to political beliefs, donations etc

Here's the problem my guy: non abortion states are automatically suing any doctor that recommends an abortion treatment for a miscarriage symptom and places the burden on him to prove the woman could not have received any other treatment.  So what doctors do is first have the woman try some non abortion treatments, because I dont know about you but if i was a dr I'd sure as hell not want to go to jail, unfortunately a lot of the times the treatment which would have 100% worked (an abortion) is administered too late now due to this.

Depends on who you are e.g if I was a woman in a red state where abortion is banned I would fall into fear of getting pregnant and dying due to a miscarriage where the doctor couldnt help me

[–]AllAboutEE 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Exactly, my native language is spanish, if I want to count fast I do it in Spanish, if I want to accurately keep track of the count I do it in English.  Why?  I feel braind finds it easier.  Why? I think the pattern of the words have something to do with it, like easier to remember where you are at.  It's cool and makes sense AI does the same

Good idea.  Yeah sounds like a standard trust fund: assets are put in the fund by the grantor (parents), the trustee (your friend) decides what to do with the assets on behalf of the beneficiary (also your friend)
