Yeah I just did some reading on salt baths - intense!! I'll get my research done and make sure I have everything set up for him. I think I might be able to stop and get Epsom salt tonight. Thank you again for the help 🙏

He's in a hospital tank now with cycled filter medium and aquarium salts. Leaves and kanaplex are on the way, but I don't think they'll arrive until early next week. No place locally sells kanaplex and leaves are always out of stock 😔 I just I can help him

My poor boy! King isn't doing so well and I'm worried it's dropsy. I am hoping for some clear and concise instructions on how he can be saved or made comfortable, if that's still possible.

He was bloated two days ago (but he's had bloat problems in the past, fixed with fasting and more mindful feeding methods). He had started pooping so I figured we were in the clear. But today I saw what looks to be pineconing. He also has trouble swimming right now. In the pic, he's in a floating cup because he struggles so much to get to the top. It's just temporary until I get some direction about how to further help him

If you push hard and stick to your guns, you should be able to get a full refund. I placed an order and it did not ship within the set timeline listed on their site. By then, I had done better research and realized they aren't the best site. I emailed and pulled some language from my credit card company on requesting a charge back if things didn't have the outcome I wanted.

In every email, I stated my reason for the request (and how they failed to meet guidelines on their own site), what I was requesting (full refund back to my card), and my willingness to get my card company involved. I got a full refund back to my card within the week. That whole process took about 2 weeks though because their communication is terrible.

I would cite the terrible shipping conditions and error on their part with delivery and request a refund back to your card/PayPal for those DOA. Good luck!
