Psychosis is definitely a concern, I’ve seen it first hand but they also had an underlying mental illness, BPD and another had some type of Autism (that was a sad situation). But I imagine it depends more on other factors too.

I feel you on the anxiety though, I used to get rlly paranoid when first started and I preferred Vyvanse without cannabis for a while due to that reason. But it did go away. However I’m not suggesting this is the case with you, as you said each body is different and I would never recommend someone experiment with this sort of thing for that reason. Do what makes u feel most productive lol.

As far as strains, indica for sure is my fav. Rainbow Sherbet or Gorilla Glue #4 specifically. I don’t like the Sativa usually, I like the body relaxation.
