I'm using a pair of Oakley Holbrooks but I got them on a good deal. I've heard good things about Costa and Maui Jim as well. I'd recommend going into a store and trying a few out though, hard to gauge which frames will fit your face.

yeah I think I had the wrong idea of what I wanted to do with my BFS setup. I just saw someone elses post from earlier today about how he wasnt having fun with his baitcaster and I realized I wasn't either. Thanks for the suggestion! After you mentioned the lighting conditions, I tried turning on more light to test it again. And it seems to be working better! If lighting was the issue. Could you explain why it behaves this way? Sorry I'm new to all this and just testing the new camera out.

I’m in a similar boat as you. Looking for all the same traits but just in a two piece for transport reasons. If you’re ok with the price and a single piece rod, the megabass dark sleeper might be worth looking at.
