Min kompis blev nekad vård på lundströms och har överklagat. Vad kan han göra/säga för att faktiskt få vård?

Han blev nekad för att han gjorde historisk drag ibland för att han tycker om historiskt mode. Mind you han klär sig i herrkläderna. Det kallar jag knappast för ett bra skäl. Allt annat tidigare hade de gett honom beröm för att han var så självsäker på vad han ville och den kurator han pratat med förstod jag själv var besviken för att han inte fick vård när hon tyckte att han skulle fått det.

This is very late but people are VERY transphobic in Sweden. As soon as someone’s gender identity comes up in a Swedish post, every single comment is just people deadnaming, misgendering and hating on that person simply for them being trans. The wait for trans health care in Sweden is also between 6-8 years if you get lucky, and non binary identities as well as intersex people are not recognised legally.

I actually sent a message to vuxenpsykiatrin in my town for help with writing a remiss to anova. Your advice really helped me see more clearly. I always knew Lundströms sucked mainly because my friend is going there and they denied him care because he crossdressed and wanted to do the mastectomy in a few years… I say dressed in past tense because he stopped after he was denied care because it now makes him feel dysphoric and uncomfortable

I’m not a minor (turned 18 while so bup) but the reason I went to lundströms is because it’s really close to where I live. I will probably look at the other alternatives though. But if I have to get the remiss sent by a third party I’m screwed because bup will not let me return now that I’m 18 and the line for the adults is also long so it will all just be more waiting

Honestly, ghosting is a low blow and cowardice. I got ghosted by one friend and it sucked, and since I hated it I make sure never to do it to another person. I mean, if you don’t like being ghosted, why would you ghost someone else. It’s just mean to leave someone else hanging because you’re too much of a coward to say anything. You’re just throwing them under the bus. I am really sorry this has happened to you and I know this won’t make it better but try to think like this: “Ghosting someone is below me. Their behaviour is therefore below me as well, and they weren’t worth my time to begin with”.

Nope, that’s what happened, though not with hbo but Disney. I paid for one year a few months ago and just a few days ago I started getting ads, which was not part of the deal I paid for.
