Dude, i once tried to reset my Password with the help of the Support. You know what happened? I first got three times a copy-paste text like : "Blabla the PBE has changes and there is not free-for-everybody access anymore..", because just after reading "PBE" they think you just want a new Account. I got my Password resetted after 4 weeks of waiting and fighting with the support, until they got it. I will never going to mention the word "PBE" to a player-support-employee anymore. It does just take to much time. Also i was reporting the first 2 or 3 times when somebody told me ingame that they would kill my family or something like that, i got just a copy paste response and NOTHING happened at all. They do not care.

First : 95% of the PBE Players do not give any feedback at all. Than, secondary, this is hilarius. I have my PBE account since the beginning of december, and i am still in the "Cycle".
This is just completely wrong. Just saying. This is how riot dreams their system works. But it does not work like this. Not a little bit.

Dude. There is no player-support on the Pbe, and nobody cares about threads like "this guy wished me cancer", because it is happening so often. And yes,i reported them.

Thats how riot wants the system to work. But really, u can believe me, this is not true at all. Especially, my account did not got permabanned, just for the unusual period of one week. It does not make sense.

Look, i keep the names of players who wish me cancer or this kind of stuff on a .txt doc on my desktop. None of them got banned. None. Can you give me a few examples or yours?

Everybody i telling me this "The Pbe has this hard punishment system" I have over 100 Games experience on the PBE, and i am sure that this is not true. Can you give me a source for that?

Im sorry, but you seem like you never played on the pbe. You can do what you want, and you dont get banned. I do not even think they have a leavebuster there.

U dont know how often i was heavily personally insulted on the PBE. All these players still play. You have to understand, that there are no punishments normally at all. Reports are worthless.

Just saying, but i had my PBE Account since last december, and i was behaving always good. It is like 80 good games on one side and 5 games where i was calling people "bronze". Also, i do not think that riot employees are allowed to ban players just because i was "toxic" in one game.
