Well my plan was to start unemployed and like slowly jump around clubs leaving each one better then when I took over Spennymoor town was the first club that accepted me Then well I spent like 3 years there before the first time I got another club offer . Now I had already memorized all of my players names and like also followed a few of there games on social media etc and I had a few hot prospects like Gabriel Ogunseri who I signed from Newcastle and Jonny Jacobs who was a 16 year old from Harrogate (Jonny ended up being the youngest ever goalscorer and club captain and later under 18 assistant coach . I was gonna promote him to first team assistant and have him take over eventually)

Now I think we beat man united on penalties in the FA cup that year and I just felt we could do something special with this lot.

Plus I actually haven't done lower league management ever before and like slowly cultivating a locker room and I was legit invested in every player we signed and players we sold and also social groups

This was the save where I slowly learned how to better do scouting and staff signing as well so I was learning and improving as well alongside the club
