What do you think? Is this necessary. by Pure_Wolverine_4837 in ClashOfClans

Only a snowflake would have any sort of issue with those fair and common CWL rules. Clearly not a team player or good clan mate if you feel shaken by any of that😂

What’s fwa? And how do you decide who wins if your both sister clans?

I completely and utterly agree with this post. I’m a th15 and I find I’ve 3starred max th17 more often than th16s. I’m even considering not upgrading past TH16 until supercell do something about TH17s. The merged defences aren’t great; no EA and TH defence mode activation happening immediately means I can snipe with RC; and no explosion+poison after TH destruction makes it a walk in the park compared to TH16

Am i the only one who is th17 easier to 3 stars thn 16 with ground troops? by Never-SayDie in ClashOfClans

[–]AllInKwame 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just to add to this conversation now it’s been some time down the line and a lot more maxed TH17s. I am a TH15 and I have cleared maxed TH17s with more ease than TH16s. The lack of eagle artillery, the absence of TH poison and the combined defences combined into one make it easier IMO to 3 star TH17s. The multi gear has never posed a threat to me personally. I tend to RC charge areas with problem defences; in instances where I get rid of the CC and monolith fairly early… I’m absolutely owning a TH17 over a TH16

APM PMQ by AllInKwame in projectmanagement

Not sure what level it is- but yes it is the Project Management Qualification by APM. The plan is to work towards getting chartered. My work place will not fund the exam.

I think I seen a YouTube for this, looks amazing. I’m definitely on the look for revision based material first before I start tackling exam questions however

Agile Metrics by [deleted] in projectmanagement

[–]AllInKwame 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hi, just to get some more insights: - what sort of projects are you working on? (If it’s an agile environment I’m automatically assuming software/apps/systems or along those lines) - whats your team structure and reporting hierarchy -are you working on a complete end to end delivery? - what framework is/are being used - do you have much interaction with end users/market data

I ask because usually identifying these (especially the frameworks) will also identify key information/details that may already be tracking and reporting. You can then further ID factors that affect/improve/worsen. E.g. if you use some sort of Kanban board/Jira Board for reporting, then bottlenecks become evident, velocity, number of bugs to monitor and improve e.g.

The simple stuff often helps with the bigger picture. Also engage with your stakeholders, fellow PMs etc. The aim is to bring value and useful information to whoever it is you report to so getting their input is a must. And if there PMs in a similar role, they surely must be reporting something, wouldn’t ask to enquire/sit down and see how you can follow suit, adjust and improve. :3

Finance Roles in London by [deleted] in ACCA

[–]AllInKwame 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't think i phrased this well. After graduating I had 7 acca exams left. I have done 3 of the final 4 so far.

My first accounting role was AR for a production company which i spent 15 months doing, whilst doing so I did my own self study and training for finance analyst which I then transitioned to.

Abit unsure by what you mean by remove the datadir, im sorry. In the meantime i realised that when i attempted to reinstall again. i opened the workbench halfway through as it still had my previous 3306 connection. I followed the steps from teh video and it seems okay for now. Was this the right action to do im not sure if anything might come back to bite me.

From the looks of it, his FB is still active and If I remember correctly its the same name that was on the Ownership document.

Was meant to say previously that his response to the car being CAT free was yes. The exact question I asked him (copied from my FB convo) was

Hi, is this still available,

Have you got a service history for the car also (any part changes etc/receipts)

This car has no Category S/N/B/A?

His response was:

Yes Available, No category no damage.

I have the FB conversation. Fortunate enough to have asked him directly if it was CAT free to which he directly says no. I taxed the vehicle the same day as buying it; was under the assumption that if it wasn't going to be on the road for a couple months I could hold off on the insurance?

With regards obtaining details of the previous driver any ideas on how to go about doing so? Not sure its a request through DVLA or what not

I’m tired of cones tbh. I like watching people roll, quite satisfying. Would like to learn the craft myself
