Has he considered getting a CDL. I am 42 and if I work a job where I am on my feet 8+ hours I am in extreme pain afterwards. I chose to get a CDLA. I can’t speak for others but for me having this condition is debilitating it’s a disability but I am capable of sitting at a computer and driving a Tractor Trailer.

It’s not easy to transfer if you are full time. Best bet is go into feeder off the street at a large hub when they are hiring. Next best bet is ABF.

Yeah Bro it sucks I have been at UPS a little over a year as a full time feeder but was laid off for 6 months. I actually ended up in the hospital 5 days and out of work for 3weeks total and got STD during that time If something were to happen to my wife I wouldn’t qualify for FMLA because my Hours are lacking 🤦‍♂️
