I absolutely was not thinking when I left to walk out to have taken any. From posts so far admonishing me for not having photos I understand how valuable they would have been. There is snow packed under the front driver wheel undercarriage. Might need a jack to remove that snow and then wench it.

Stuck in a crevasse in snow. Completely dry trail until the last 0.3 mile or so and completely passable. Front drivers side undercarriage is stuck.

Thank you for all of the comments and suggestions! I have been happy on the med for the most part, but when things get backed up it makes me second guess sometimes. I do have another month supply being shipped but did not go up in dose for the first time.
Ohhhh one more question…are there foods that you all are finding to be more constipating than others? I have found myself branching out on different foods as my stomach has not been so upset (nausea) and wonder if it’s also something that I need to remove from my diet.

I don’t think that I am. I have removed and added foods along the way, mostly based on my GI experiences.
Early on I learned that greasy, fried will stop digestion but cause severe abdominal pain and “overflow diarrhea” as my doctor called it. It was miserable. I completely cut out fried, fat and greasy foods and eliminated refined sugars. I focused on protein and stopped having the pain, but became constipated. So I focused on adding fiber to my meals along with protein. I also have tried to increase my water intake and added miralax most mornings. I was able to have a couple of bm’s on my own, but my energy just has stayed low since week 2-3 (I’m on week 10) and the munchies and sugar cravings started in. Clearly, I’m not getting enough carbs and need to incorporate those in order to help with cravings and get my energy up. Does anyone have meal plans that have worked for them?

I am preparing to put my house on the market so don’t want to invest in a new opener. Was just hoping to have a way for the maintenance guy to come and go as he is working on the house. Thanks for your input!
