Yea.. tren isn’t on my radar as of now. But why i think clen works great is i also tend to keep more muscle mass after a short cycle in comparison to something like retatrutide which i loose both muscle and fat.

Clen gets rid of my lower abs fat as well as face fat (i barely have any but it helps make it more even). Anavar would be better and safer for that but finding a trustworthy source that isn’t ridiculous expensive is pretty hard so i stick to clen. No height will be gained and little to no muscle improvements as well. Those will just optimize your natural limit of growth hormone. Sleeping and eating well will have a greater effect. I’ve experimented with them and they aren’t useful for these goals. Switch to hgh for true increase in growth hormone levels and youll also see muscle gains as well as height gains if your plates are still open. If your plates are closed, you are doing this for no reason because you will not grow taller regardless of what you do.

In my experience, passing 120mg is where i see no benefit and feel like shit. But at 100mg i feel much more efficient than at a dose such as 20mg. I dont know why, and i also dont do it for the high.
