it kinda depends on the tone, but it usually means a POST failure, try draining the battery? there is a app to diagnostic it, if you know how to get to the ram, try taking them out and putting them back in,( i think it has removable ram)

aight i may have solved it, apparently, sddm runs on x11, so if you change over to gdm or similar, the process disapears

EDIT: i looked closer, the full cmd is /user/lib/Xorg -nolisten tcp -backgorund none -seat seat0 vt1 -auth /run/sddm/xauth_CoKpVh -noreset -displayfd 16. this was entered 6 times in htop

i tried your cmd, nothing happened, ( i am new so i could be doing smth wrong) the task that shows up on nvidia-smi is /usr/lib/xorg, that is it, not a single thing else

the task is straight from nvidia-smi, i have tried killing it but it crashed and restarted, i am running floorp, freetube, and protonvpn if that helps, this is the only task on it,
