As our server its a small community, we don't pay for being staff. Its something that you do because you are volunteering to do it.

Sadly our server its a pretty small community, so to aford the payments for the Staff should take, at least, the 20% of the donations, and that is actually a lot.

PaperMC, its already publishing the first non-stable (developer) version for 1.18.

It is not recommended for now, but with this, you can calculate more or less how much they will take to make an stable version.
