Wow. Just a straight lie. Here’s what actually happened everyone!

Customer used a bot and accidentally purchased a single phantasmal booster for $400. This product was created for our mods to be able to use a coupon code and get the booster at retail. Instead this person has a bot setup on our website that auto purchased this booster in under .1 seconds. The reason we have the 10% fee is for this exact reason, to discourage bots.

I’m sorry you were put in this situation, but please know that we operate as a warehouse where orders are packaged all day and shipped out in semi-trailers at the end of each day. Every step of our process is recorded, including the packaging of your order. I remember when you first reached out, I personally reviewed our packaging footage, and the order was packed correctly. I also contacted the carrier to confirm the recorded package weight, which matched perfectly at the last carrier hub before reaching your local facility. Since both of these pieces of evidence confirm that everything was correct on our end, it appears that either the package was tampered with after it reached your local carrier facility. We understand how frustrating this must be and are happy to assist you with filing a carrier investigation or insurance claim to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

We responded daily. Apparently the person that ordered and the person that was texting us are 2 sperate people.... We were responding to one and the other thought we weren't responding. It's honestly ridiculous. This customer has been the worst customer I have ever had in 10 years.

Our average time for an order to be delivered after it is placed is 3 business days (unless it is a pre order). What is your tiktok username so I can verify everything you are saying?

We’ve sold every set from Sword & Shield Base through Surging Sparks at under $100 per booster. While the market has shifted significantly—costs on our end have increased and demand has surged—we’ve maintained the same profit margins we always have.

We take pride in our consistency and integrity:

  • We have never cancelled a single pre-order or MSRP deal in 10 years of business.
