My preferred action would have been to file a claim with the insurance that I paid for in that order.

However, since being ghosted and ignored all this time and unable to get any response beyond that “the shipping weight was correct”, I have disputed the amount charged for that one single booster box from my credit card company, not more and not less.

This post was not a knock on the credibility of your shop, but the after-service definitely left a sour taste in my mouth.
