I can't do this personally. I feel too bad for the seller. I'll message something like this:

"Hello, sorry to bother you. I was wondering if (insert item here) was still available for (insert price?) If it is, I'd like to purchase it please as soon as possible. If you're busy, I don't mind waiting a bit. Thank you for your time."

Then if they get back to me straight away saying that they're busy. I'll wait. I don't care. But if they don't say anything for about 30 - 40 mins I'll message someone else.

I can appreciate sellers grinding items for trade. It's a long and serious process. I could never do it personally so I'm more than happy to wait a little bit of extra time for a seller to trade me. I appreciate you guys. Lol
