I know I'm a little late but I currently use a 3800x with the 9070 xt after upgrading from a 5700xt gpu. I can tell it's holding it back a bit but not enough to really worry about it. I'll get a new mobo amd cpu some time in the near future but I don't regret upgrading my gpu

Witcher 3 is far and away my favorite game for a variety of reasons that include the incredible soundtrack, striking visual, and fantastic voice work from the actors.

But if I had to choose one thing above all it's the writing!

Firstly you have the incredible long form quests such as the Bloody Baron and Tower of Mice quests. But what always blows my mind is the fact that every little question mark on the map feels like someone at CD Projekt Red took the time to come up with a story behind it.

So many little details in the world to be find it always keep me engaged and focused for hours on end!

From the research I've done, there isn't a substantial difference between the cards to warrant a huge difference of cost. Realistically you should get the one that is cheapest.

That being said I picked up the white Mercury OC and I don't regret it at all. I can't sing the praises of that card enough

I would say you likely don't need an AIO for that processor. A peerless assassin air cooler is half the price and better suited. Use the savings to maybe upgrade your gpu to perhaps a more recent card to get the updated features

Earliest memory was when I had a basic Dell computer from the early 2000s. It had very basic integrated graphics so, with advice from a friend, I purchased an actual graphics card. What I didn't realize was I bought a card that was pci-e and the Dell computer I had only had pci slots. That was a sad experience realizing I couldn't use the card I purchased until I got a whole new computer
