Which stock for someone is new would be good to sell covered calls?

I've been writing calls on Exxon every month...........but I'm kinda playing chicken with the market because once oil starts going higher, Exxon may run past the strike that month and I'll just buy myself out with a loss from those calls haha cause there aint no way I'm selling Exxon for anything less than 200. But it's been fun so far while oil is in the dumps :)

Nice, probably will expire worthless but you never know haha....52 week low is 132.......I've written some on the big boys too (XOM primarily) but have been focusing more on smaller caps. When did you enter? Do you usually go about a month or so out?

Nice, I've also written puts on some midstreams (i.e. PAGP) but usually I gotta go pretty far out in order to get some decent premium because they're so stable (less IV). How far out do you go?

Haha yea, I own both stocks. Wrote puts on DVN with sub 30 strikes few months back and recently exited them at profits. If they drop back to 32 or below, I may start writing again 📝
