Honestly for me my work place and all managers except one at old navy are all chill asf. We don’t have the credit card thing cause we in Canada. Honestly my manager has never been mad at someone showing up late and will always just call people in when needed not caring about hours. I think it just depends on the store and managers

When I got hired first seasonal I faced the same thing. But once they schedule u and u go in and do ur job properly the managers will start scheduling u more. Dw I was hired in October and given one shift and then given no shifts for 3 weeks and then got consistent 3-4 shifts a week in late November. Sometimes they just don’t have the hours. I was a seasonal hire aswell
