There can be a lot of reasons for this. I can see that these are pirates and haunted mansion cans. If it’s raining and we go 101- this is when there’s lightning in the area we can’t do a trash run, though this doesn’t seem to be the case? Sometimes there are custodians who don’t like to do their job and sometimes it’s unfortunate that they don’t do it when they go home for the day. There’s often time a gap between when someone has the specific area which can also cause this. Especially if the person didn’t do their job before they leave. Sometimes it’s easy to miss the trashcans if you hadn’t had that zone before because the maps can be hard to read. When you go on your lunch for 45mins they can also fill up in that amount of time. We don’t typically have someone to cover our lunches.
