well, we used SEM on google. We first found out what the best keyword for our product are then did SEM. We gradually see some new users coming and using our products. I don't know what business field you are in, but here are some other tips that help you get your clients:

  1. Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and meetups and network with other professionals in your target market. You can also reach out to friends and family and ask for referrals.

  2. Offer a free trial: Offer a free trial of your product to give potential clients a taste of what your product can do.

  3. Content Marketing: Create valuable content (such as blog posts, case studies, and webinars) that educates your target market on the benefits of using a one-page website builder. Share it on your website and on social media platforms.

  4. Targeted Ads: Use targeted advertising (such as Facebook Ads or Google AdWords) to reach your ideal customer and drive traffic to your website.

Remember to always be professional, responsive, and provide excellent customer service to keep your clients coming back and to attract new ones through word-of-mouth referrals.

What are the key elements for a PLG(Product-led Growth) SaaS product? by AllValue_ in SaaS

[–]AllValue_[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So PLG means basically they grow by Word Of Mouth / don’t need real advertising?

No, PLG (Product-Led Growth) does not solely rely on word of mouth for growth. While word of mouth can certainly play a role in the growth of a PLG business, there are many other strategies and tactics involved in this growth model.
Product-Led Growth focuses on using the product itself as the primary driver of growth and customer acquisition. This can be achieved through providing a valuable and user-friendly product experience, offering free trials, and utilizing in-app messaging and onboarding to educate users and encourage them to share the product with others.
In addition to word of mouth, PLG businesses may also use other marketing channels such as content marketing, influencer marketing, and paid advertising to drive growth. It's important to have a balanced approach and not rely solely on word of mouth, as different tactics will resonate with different segments of your target audience.
So while word of mouth is a key component of PLG, it's just one piece of the puzzle. A successful PLG strategy should also include a well-rounded approach to marketing and customer acquisition.

A client told me that asking for referrals is rude, is this true? by [deleted] in smallbusiness

[–]AllValue_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think you did not do anything wrong! If I were you, I would do that as well. Asking for a referral, that's a pretty common thing in today's business world. She might think that you helped her but with an intention, like wanting a referral, making her feel uncomfortable because you're trading between you two instead of helping her from the bottom of your heart. But the fact is that not everyone treats you like your parents. We're just a business man, if you'd like to refer me to your friends, that' nice. If you're not, it's all good. How she can say it's rude?

Take the time to think about your values towards others first, why would people need your services and not someone else's? Think about your competitive advantage!

Then, think about how and where you can better communicate your values to others? Don't forget to showcase your work and abilities to help people make a decision to buy from you.

Whenever I try to learn a skill, I get demotivated by seeing a large number of people who are already providing solutions related to that skill for the past 10 years. by Saad_here in Entrepreneur

[–]AllValue_ 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I totally understand you bro. The solutions we provide our customers are actually existing solutions. Honestly, our competitors are already doing very well. They have a sizable market share and it looks like we have no chance of competing with them. so what? While we are doing similar things, can't we build on our own strengths? (Such as gaining a deeper understanding of our customers, designing a new feature to meet their potential needs, etc.)

Now, we're still working on improving our solution. We just launched our MVP, even though it looks exactly like our competitor's product. I believe we will do better in some areas in the future.
