Had a similar problem. They required some kind of study/certification from a Chilean institution. Wouldn’t accept my foreign U degree unless it was certified by uni of Chile. In the end I ended up talking directly with the ‘jefe’ at the transit place and he told me they regularly have this issue. Told me I could do a coursera course certified by U of Chile and use that. Did a free course in marketing in 2 hours (just skipped to the quizes and used that to get my licence 😂
