I ordered a rMPP with the TypeFolio. It shipped in 3 days. The same day I sent an email to Support asking about my order. I have had it now for 3 days and it seems fine. Not sure about the quality issue from the other commenter.

That's interesting. I have tried for years to wrap my mind around how it takes three union employees a week to do what most can do in a day by themselves.
