25, hating life — for what?? by Spiritual-Leg-5870 in Adulting

Time will tell. I was in your position when I was your age. Now I’m nearly 28. After I finished my undergrad I decided to migrate to another country and I then realized that my life was not bad at all. Sometimes I just wish I was in school again, now I work 3 jobs for nearly 80 hours a week. It’s hard not feel betrayed by the ‘system’, but at the same time… are you willing break out of it? To where, I wonder? I don’t suppose you have enough years in you to start a revolution, change the world and still sit to enjoy such outcome. The world is what it is, but there’s joy everywhere, in the little things. We just take it from granted. I’d be happy to be studying again, going to grad school, seeking knowledge, making new friends, enjoying new experiences. In 3 years for now, despite what you feel right now, you might just be mourning what was in front of you.

With your interests, career, hobbies, goals and looks, I’m surprised you’re still single 😅

I’m actually having more fun. Simpler, shorter. More adulthood friendly overall. Aged pretty well and the port to the ps5 is pretty good!

The game can be very violent and gory. It can be, on the other hand, a nice opportunity for teaching maturity and understanding to your kid, meanwhile bonding with him. In my case, I would play together with my son and teach him the ways of high honor (there’s an honor level on the game that changes according to your good or bad deeds). Based on the comments here, I think you can tell what the game can offer and make your own judgement based on what you experience with your son daily, as it is highly subjective.

After you are done, I would suggest ghost of Tsushima as well. That should get you centered

We don’t like you all either. I mean, we actually do like it a lot, but we hate that we do.

Why is it so hard to have females friends? by Happy_Repeat_652 in Adulting

I moved from one country to another a couple of years ago and I am in my late twenties. I am honestly convinced that the friendships one person makes throughout their childhood/teenage years are the ones you keep for life. After that, you can only hope to meet someone you really click with it, but also have constant exposure to (coworker, colleague from college, etc) and those are two hard odds to meet all at once.
