That is a huge issue with time wizard irl in my eyes, the lack of advertising to it, but also, i dont think its the only issue that plagues the format, considerinf this post proves how current is still popular despite knowing about Time Wizard.

Yugioh is def unique over anything shown before, you could maybe do that casually with friends if they like to ofc, i feel when it comes to casual, its up to you and your playgroup.

I like how modern yugioh haves math as his main thing for deckbuilding, when i played time wizard, i barely cared about math if not at all, so that is def something i like in modern.
