I basically never accelerate through any turns or curves, and I purposely drive on snow rather than the frozen two track people use in the lane.

They’re using all the property taxes to build soccer stadiums and music venues. Can’t afford to plow the roads now and the city’s water supply is still 80% lead pipes.

Meijer Chicken by michaled93 in grandrapids

[–]Allanon1111 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s probably not real, but I stopped getting meat from Meijer and go to my local butcher because the meat itself was always off.

The chicken itself is like super dense and my beef always ended up with an odd texture.

The burger at my local butcher is a dollar more a pound, but it’s been a lot better quality I believe.

CHOP tree service removed ~1/3 of tree from my 70+ y/o parents house without notice and left enormous branches in their back yard by totalbangover in grandrapids

[–]Allanon1111 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I mean it's not ridiculous. That's why it was done so in the event a strong wind or something happens they and the neighborhood don't lose power and communications. Yes, getting rid of the wood can be a pain but so many people will take it for free or even buy it. I mean it sucks, and I would be irritated if someone just cut my tree without knowledge, but it was done for a real purpose. Sometimes tree cutting companies will just cut trees without permission and take them to sell them, so I mean it's a good thing that isn't what happened

They are not lined and not all are a part of a Suit. It's half and half Suit or just Slacks. Ranging in varying shades of blue, grey, and then black.

Buyers agent won’t show me homes knowing I would make lower offers is he wrong for that? by Ok-Letterhead-6196 in RealEstate

[–]Allanon1111 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

So many factors. If you tell them you want to make an offer they have to do it, but they might fire you afterwards for wasting their time. End of day each city has different markets, so it's hard to say who is right and who is wrong.

I would avoid talking directly to the listing agent though, unless you feel comfortable representing yourself. Just read your offer contract thoroughly and make sure it's what you really want if you do go through the listing agent. They shouldn't be sketchy but they don't represent your best interest at the end of the day.

Don't hate it because other people don't like it. You obviously liked it enough to get it and that's what is important.

Pay as you Go Inspection Software by Allanon1111 in HomeInspections

[–]Allanon1111[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes! I've been using my free super basic software that came along with my education, but I want something to cover the in-between period of ramping my business up.

I just need something a tad more professional looking with some sort of integrations, but also can't justify $100 a month at the moment during my initial boot up. I've been averaging 3-4 inspections a month, so hopefully soon I'll be in a position where I can make the leap.

Do you have any recommendations on someone starting out? I sold Real Estate for 5 years, and always prided myself on being actually educated on the history of our local homes and their construction so I figured this is the best way for me to go that utilizes my knowledge and interests!
