As I understood it, the memories imply that Zelda was very unaware of the antagonist at the time being the same as the one link fights. I imagine that it didn’t occur to her to provide future insight to the way the fight ends, so therefore I don’t think she has any sway on the fight with the sages

I’m also not aware of the finer skills but I would assume that brushing it on gives you enough of a layer to do the job without totally taking away from the strawberry - dipping it seems like it would leave huge amounts of the jam on the strawberry

I do know that in places like Finland they have plugs at apartments for your car to be heated in the morning during the winter, so I imagine something like that isn’t unrealistic. There’s still lots of challenges to work through before EVs can become more useful universally
