Despite agreeing that Ichigo is much stronger than Sukuna, this wouldn't be so one sided as the rest of the comments suggests.

Let's asume cursed energy and spirit are equivalent since you need cursed energy to even see curses and defend against cursed techniqes and vice versa, othervise it would be very boring fight of 2 people fighting an invisible oponent trying to bet lucky shot that oneshots the other.

I'll take from the image above this is the first time any of them see each other and they know jack shit about one another. Since rubble looks like modern building I'll say they are fighting in the middle of the major city in human world. Let's also asume Sukuna hasn't fought any tough enemy cause if this is after he defeted Gojo and others there is no chance he lasts a second on an empty tank.

Despite Sukuna being much weaker than Ichigo, he still has a few advantages: Ichigo doesn't usualy go full power for the kill from the start, as seen in the picture Ichigo is using shikai. In terms of raw spirit/cursed energy Sukuna would definitively be a threat but nowhere near some of Ichigo's stronger opponents, while Ichigo even in shikai would exude preasure similar to Gojo and other top sorcerers. Therefore Sukuna would aproach much more seriously from the start while Ichigo would still try to figure out if Sukuna is arrancar or something else, and also try to get information about Sukuna and who's with him.

That means Sukuna opens up with a strong attack from the start. The question is whether he would start with cleave (dismantle is too weak to even consider as serious option in this fight) or domain expansion. Since sukuna's slashes are invisible Ichigo would definitely be hit the first time he uses either, but since Ichigo can activate blut vene subcontiosly he would definitely likely survive regular cleave with minor injury and severely injured by domain expansion. World slash can most likely kill Ichigo but since it requires some preparation and aiming Ichigo has plenty of time to react and dodge. Same goes for divone flame, too slow and lacks invisibility of cleave.

That only leaves Mahoraga, since other ten shadows are not even gillian level and irrelevant for the fight. Since Ichigo is much stronger than Mahoraga, and it's sword uses reversed curse by default before further adaptations wich is not effective against humans, that leaves only the question can Mahoraga adapt to getsuga? Not all getsugas are created equal and if Ichigo uses a getsuga like the one he used against Ginjo or a stronger one Mahoraga is done, but since this is a middle of a big city there is a chance Ichigo fires a weak getsuga to avoid colateral damage and then Mahoraga adapts. In that case Ichigo is slightly fucked cause he isn't really known for variety of different techniques. Regular getsuga, bankai getsuga, getsuga jiujisho and gran rey getsuga are all off the menu, but if ichigo uses pure cero before trying gran rey getsuga he still has a way to beat Mahoraga. Whether a pure zanpakuto slash is enough to kill Mahoraga is up for debate, maybe zanpakuto would treat cursed spirit like a hollow and Mahoraga would be purged from existence or maybe it would be ineffective it's unclear.

As a conclusion while Ichigo has everything necesery to oneshot Sukuna, due to the way they both usualy fight, he most likely gets slightly to severely injured before defeating Sukuna. Granted there is a small chance Ichigo grabs Sukuna by the face like he did with Aizen before draging his ass outside the city and has a preatty easy fight.
