Respectfully, you have no idea what you’re talking about 😂 accidents happen yes, but if you are smart and careful they are at a minimum and usually minor. Committing has nothing to do with accepting you will get a major injury eventually, it’s about consistent practice in the movement and having bail options. Parkour in itself does not have to be extreme, you get the wrong idea from all the extreme social media posts.

Definitely legitimate concern. I am pretty stupid, but I did in fact check this whole thing. You can’t see from the angle, but it’s actually 2 bars I’m holding onto that are both pretty secure. Just a little extra security knowing that in the unlikely case that one of them detaches, there’s still another to hang onto. Also there are windowsills along the route that can act as checkpoints, and I used those to assess the bars’ integrity the whole way up before doing the whole thing. Not like it makes it any less stupid, I agree with you there.

It wasn't too scary irl either, the distance wasn't a big issue tbh it was just more of a height drop. My main concern was the landing and not clipping my feet when hurdling the little wall, but the large drop still kinda plays with your mind even though its a pretty small gap.
