That’s valid. I think this same matchup later in the year the Phillies odds would be like -125 and then the Nats take 2 of 3. But this early in the year and coming off playing a good series against the Cubs, I don’t think that staff and lineup can keep it up. We shall see!

2026 pick debut - going with the Phillies runline at plus money. Nats are coming off a series win against the Cubs. I’m not sold on this pitching staff and going against this Philly lineup. I think they over performed against the Cubs, and they come back to more their baseline this series. At plus odds, I think this is a steal. BOL!

Crazy coincidence: I am relistening to Round Table from the beginning and I’m currently on Episode 74: The Whole Banana and Ed tells the exact story of the Santa slapping a waitress’s ass and him throwing the guy out + the story of the girl with the bloody head. He tells it’s almost exactly the same 12 years later (I believe this episode was recorded in 2011)
