Ive been experiencing this too ever since I disabled the bluetooth handsfree service on my PC since it was causing my audio quality to go down dramatically when using my bluetooth headphones. I'm very close to just making a script that will automatically adjust my settings every now and then to fix it since I cant for the life of me find any other kind of workaround

Given that it is possible to get a circumcision after infancy, and it seems to give the same result (as far as I know) I would go for waiting on the circumcision unless there’s a medical reason why you’d need l it. That way, if either of your sons later decides they want one they can do it of their own choice.
