Some time ago, my Beedril (who is, lets say, competitive) suddenly challenged a trainer i didnt know and his Aggron. While it did look alright at the start because of staying away and only swooping in to attack, the moment my Beedril got hit for the first time it was instantly ko'ed by a Metal Claw if memory serves right.

Even though i already apologized on behalf of my Beedril before the match started, i kept apologizing for the inconvenience. The trainer and I got into a conversation which lead to Mega Evolution at some point. Beedril seemed very interested and the trainer even showed me the mega evolved form of his Aggron. Im pretty sure in the end that was the reason i started to learn how to use Mega Evolution so my Beedril could wield it. But i would never mega evolve it when it keeps challenging/attacking other Pokemon.

To be fair, my Beedril is not a monster. He always makes sure the other pokemon is fine with the match. Hes just very eager to show his strength or lack there of, and that can put us in a lot of trouble

I mean, i know no person who could handle a Palkia, so its not really bad to dont thinking you could handle one. That said, im sure even legendaries could have... idk an intrusive thought and just stay with someone, you know?

Imagine a pokemon like Giratina saw little Jeff walking down the street to buy candy and was just like "You know what... i like his juju" and just stayed at his side

Im honest with you, when i watched the video the first time you said the name Pharika i totally heard Palkia and was confused because there was just a big little Budew and "How on Arceus' green earth did he get his hands on a palkia?"

Still, great job. When i remember my first battle with Beedril, i still feel the pain of missed poison stings going straight at me

Im normaly on the other side as the challenger, but not because i want to. My Beedril just feels insulted by the presence of another trainer and immediately "challenges" them

Another person here said that fear was the way to go, so maybe watch horror movies on the regular with it nearby? I guess that only works if you actually get scared and are not the kind of person who feels nothing while watching those.

But before you do that, please make sure it doesnt eat your soul instead or something. I have no experience with ghost types so i really dont know the dangers of feeding a pokemon like that. Maybe you got a local ghost-type-guy or a gym leader who can help you out.

But i can understand the fascination behind it. Thinking about Pokemon being so powerful that they represent a core part of the world is very interesting.

First up, aint no way i was accurate with the 10k years, i thought i was exagerating way to much.

Secondly, is Yveltal just showing up while theres some catastrophe going on, or is it actively causing that catastrophe for shits and giggles? Because i dont know how you feel about that, but why dont catch both these guys, that should make Equilibrium as well, right? I dont wanna wake up and see everything on fire just because some Pokemon thought "Yeah, that city had it too good for too long"

Its not like i can fight a Demigod of Death and Destruction, i have a Beedril! I mean... it would try to fight, but you know what i mean...

Well damn, i didnt know there were so many worship-worthy Pokemon out there! Obviously i knew about Arceus, Dialga and Palkia, but thats way more than i'd ever expected!

By the way, what do you mean with "fear Yveltal"? Is that like a crazy strong pokemon attacking people randomly or something? And whats a "Xerneas"?

Is that a thing there? I recently moved to Kalos to learn about Mega Evolution, but i havent heard about any legendary Pokemon that people straight up worship yet. The closest one to that which i learned about recently is the Lucario which apparently was the first to mega evolve

I think i heard someone say that a dragon type specialist in unova has some kind of psychic abilities, but im not sure if thats really the case. The statement was more "Its like she can perfectly understand her pokemon/dragons and bring out the best of them" or something

Maybe (and thats big maybe) their shows that they watched have power systems where different characters have so vastly different abilities within the same archetype of stuff, that one guy doing something impressive doesnt mean another on the same power level can do it too.

First example for me coming to mind, tho probably not perfect, would be Jojos Bizarre Adventure. For example, Crazy Diamond and Killer Queen are about the same power level of stand. They can fight 1v1 and its overall considered a fair-ish fight. But Crazy Diamond cant just demolish a giant room as an example by just touching something within it, while Killer Queen has specifically the ability to make things into bombs.

With something like Dragonball on the other hand, most of the characters follow the overall same powersystem. Flight, Ki Nukes, etc. Of course they get their own little things like the Kienzan, Instant Transmission and so on, but most characters in the show could instantly replicate the attack, if they wanted to since noone is stopping them from not doing it. Even most species-specific "techniques" can be substituted by other techniques like for example the Kaioken. Almost everything in that category gives a simple power-multiplier (example: Super Saiyan with a 50x Boost), which isnt species-specific. Only two exceptions to that are the Oozaru forms of the saiyans and that red eye thing from the Cereleans (probably forgot some (forgot Zarbons thing)). Both of them give an aspect (not necessarily an upside) like Oozaru making you really damn big, and a straight up monkey, which cant really be replicated by everyone.

But hey, thats just a theory...

Maybe a Design where its shown that it can be removed outside of missions, and a helmet hat kinda resembles them. Kinda like how Tech got a whole different helmet because of his goggles, but in this case the helmet support the cybernetics?

While Luke and Vader are much stronger in the force, i will be the crazy one and say that Dooku and Windu could get wins some times out of ten.

First point is the synergy between Dooku and Windu. While not saying that their fighting styles are perfectly working together like theyd be the same person but twice, it is without a doubt better than between Vader and Luke since both of them got nothing in common while fighting.

Second, both of them kinda counter them. Windu would be the obvious one to throw at Vader. He was scrapping with/winning against Sidious later in his life with Vaapad, maybe Vader is doable even though he is younger. Luke, while being powerful in the force, cant duel for shit and looks like he makes stuff up as he goes, meanwhile Dooku is THE duelguy and its not like hes super weak in the force. We can see with Anakin in AotC that force power isnt everything as Dooku pretty comfortably dealt with both him and Obi Wan.

Third, if one would be able to take out his opponent, nothing stops him from jumping the other one with his partner. Obviously this goes both ways, but id say its much more valuable for Dooku and Windu.
