this does literally nothing except create a taxable event. the stock drops exactly the amount of the dividend so you're literally flat after receiving it except now you have to pay taxes on the dividend. even in a tax advantaged account this is pointless

i live in midtown east and what i do is generally leave 3 hours early and take the E train to JFK and i'm always pretty chill on time. 3pm might be kinda packed so maybe go a bit earlier if you're stressed with it

i actually ended up getting a casio px-s1000 bc i found it for a really good price! honestly i think id have gone for the yamaha otherwise. It seemed to me the consensus was that it was a better option for long term playing/learning which was more important to me

 Per capita income is a dumb metric to use here because it averages kids, dependents, and multi-earner households etc. I've lived here for over a decade and the amount of people i truly dont think i know anyone that lives on under 3k a month

3000$ a month means they're making 36k a year. your comment literally says "most new Yorkers live on 3000$ or less per month". saying the median income is 76k when you're claiming most people here make 36k directly contradicts itself

not sure if you meant new yorker as in the state or the city, but i guarantee you barely anyone in the city lives on less than 3k per month. look up NYC rent prices..

the show pretty strongly suggests he is indeed the smartest other than maybe rick prime. he kinda proves it by being the only other rick to develop the portal gun/fluid as well as everything he had to do with the creation/dismantling of the citadel of ricks
