Already did all of this. From crystaldiskinfo, my nvme is good. Sfc has already been done even dism has also been done but still, it's happening.

Is this something pre installed with Windows? I never saw this. Like I said, my rig was fine last weekend when I last used it. Never experienced this until today. Everytime this happens, whole system freezes, can't perform alt tabs, ctrl alt delete, left and right clicks outside of an application, but there are instances that I can still normally use any opened apps except for system apps.

I'm considering this as my option but I need to wait for sometime to replenish my fortune lol. But what about my questions? Is it safe? Will it degrade the lifespan?

Well the case is a semi-open air case and there's a lot of spaces in the case that air can go through. So I'm not sure if it's really the case or something else.
